The project

"I am the Spirit" is a high quality 50mn docufiction about meditation and more precisely about the “Self Realization” taught in Sahaja Yoga founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi.

The whole concept of this film is to highlight and go deep down into the meaning of each of the 7 steps of the Self Realization in 7 chapters with premium interviews of experienced Sahaja Yogis.

Fiction part: Through every chapter, and to illustrate the interviews, we will follow the journey of a young student girl and how this particular meditation is helping her overcome daily problems.

We have carefully selected Sahaja Yogis for professional interviews that will allow us to understand clearly and deeply this meditation protocol and how it can help us facing daily challenges, rebalance individual beings and therefor our whole societies.

The documentary will lead us to shoot premium interviews and the fiction part is important to illustrate those interviews and to allow the audience to understand how the experience of meditation can help us facing daily problems.
This very unique angle is key to create an impactuf way of discovering Sahaj meditation.

The pre production has already started. Our objective is to start the 1st part of the shoot in November 2025 in France, Spain, Switzeland and England, the 2nd part in January 2026 in India, and the 3rd part in May 2026 for the fiction part in France.

3 steps of Production

1st Part: November 2025

Bordeaux, France: We will start by shooting high quality interviews of several chapters. It will allow us to know later on how to illustrate them.

2nd Part: January 2026

We will go to India to shoot both the interviews for few chapters and some illustration shots

3rd Part: May 2026

We will shoot the fiction part with an actress to illustrate all the interviews and follow her journey and all the challenges she is facing. The objective is to show how she is dealing with daily problems and how meditation is helping us at a deep level.
