The project

"I am the Spirit" is a high quality 50mn documentary film about meditation. The goal is to achieve a helpful support that will trully benefit to anyone who has received the “Self Realization” in Sahaja Yoga (founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi).

The whole concept of the documentary is to highlight and go deep down into the meaning of each of the 7 steps of the Self Realization in 7 chapters.

We have carefully selected Sahaja Yogis for professional interviews that will allow us to understand clearly and deeply this meditation protocol and how it can rebalance individual beings and therefor our whole societies.

Our goal is to start the pre production in October 2025 and to start the shoot in France, Italy and India in January 2026 for 1 month. The documentary will be ready for May 2026.

Shooting locations

The documentary will lead us to shoot fantastic interviews in France, Italy and India. We will create stunning images to illustrate the 7 steps of the Self Realization that we carefully scripted for an intriguing storytelling. This very unique angle is key to create an impactuf way of discovering Sahaj meditation.

Pre production

We are carefully preparing the script, the interviews, the shooting locations as well as all the organisation for the trip to Italy and India.

Post production

In cognitive therapy, the focus is on what people think rather than what they do.

Production

We will start the shoot in Nancy to interview an amazing Yogi. After that, we will go to Cabella for 3 days and finally, the big adventure: India for 20 days.
